To set up your Tap app or Tap terminal, follow these steps:

1. On your Tap device: Open the Mollie Tap app.

2. In your Mollie Dashboard:

   1. Navigate to Browse > Point of Sale. 

   2. Click Add Terminal, then select Activate Tap app.

   3. Choose a profile and ensure Point of Sale is enabled for it.

   4. Enable Allow local sales (this lets you take payments directly in the app). A QR code and a 24-digit code will appear.

3. In the Tap app on your device

   1. Click on Start setup.

   2. Scan the QR code in your dashboard with the Tap app, or manually type in the 24 digits.

   3. Follow the on-screen prompts and grant the required permissions.

   4. Tap Next to complete the setup.

That’s it – your Tap is now ready to use.
